Admissions Process

Admission to the school is based on pupils meeting our entry criteria.  Full details outlined in our Admissions Policy. 

  We have capacity for 360 pupils from 7- 11 years old.

 How to apply

To apply for a school place, you must register with Brent eAdmissions here , choose the relevant options and create an account.

 Not a Brent Resident

If you are not a Brent resident but would like to place your child in a Brent school, apply through your Borough’s local council and they will advise you.

 Notification from Brent eAdmissions

In April, Brent eAdmissions will notify you as to whether or not your child has been offered a place in the school.  Once notified by Brent eAdmissions, contact the school to confirm acceptance.  

  • Documents you will need to support your application - these documents must be presented to the school in January of the year that you wish your child to start.
  • Supplementary Information Form (SIF)(attach form) This form will require you to provide additional information about your child. Complete and return the form to the school via email, or in person, if necessary .
  • Certificate of Catholic Practice - forms are available with your Parish Priest, please make an appointment 
  • Non - Catholics - you will need a supporting letter from your religious leader. 

  • Baptismal CertificateYou must take the original copy of your child’s Baptismal Certificate document to the school for verification (this document will be photocopied and returned to you)

  • Your Child’s Passport or National Identity Card -You must take the original copy of your child’s Passport or National Identity Card original to the school for verification (this document will be photocopied and returned to you)

 

Special Educational Needs (SEN)

Apply directly to SENAS if your child has SEN Statements/EHCP and they will manage your child’s transition.  SENAS places will be announced in December of that year.  Details of this procedure are set out in the EHCP Code of Practice.

 

In Year Admissions

If you are moving your child to us from another school after September, please complete the following form and return directly to the school via email  or you can return this to the school in person, if necessary.
